A: Hours of Operation vary by club, visit the Locations page for club specific hours, holiday hours and for 24 Hour locations. - Q: What is the Sports & Fitness Guest Policy?
A: If you have a friend or family member who is interested in becoming a member, please ask our staff for a complimentary guest pass. The fee for a guest with a member is $10 per day. The fee for a guest without a member is $20 per day. All guest are required to show photo ID and sign the guest liability wavier form. - Q: What type of Membership does Sports & Fitness offer?
A: Sports & Fitness offers two memberships. Our $14.99/month, no commitment, membership provides access to one location and includes basic amenities. Our $19.99 monthly membership provides access to all locations and all amenities. Click for a list of amenities or to join now. - Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: ABC Financial, the billing company for Sports & Fitness, handles all cancellations and will inform you of any information needed in order to cancel your membership. A: For new members wishing to process a 3-Day cancellation or 7-Day money back guarantee cancellation only, click here to complete the online form. - Q: How do I freeze my membership?
A: Contact ABC Financial for membership freezes. You may freeze your membership at any time for up to 6 months in a calendar year. - Q: Who do I contact for Customer Service Inquires?

A: You can upgrade or add additional services to your membership at any Sports & Fitness location. - Q: How do I add a family member or secondary member to my membership?
A: You may add a family member to your membership at any Sports & Fitness location. A separate membership agreement must be completed for the additional family member at the time of purchase. - Q: How do I check to see when my membership expires?
A: You may access this information upon check-in at any Sports & Fitness location or through the billing company, ABC Financial. This information is also provided on your membership agreement.
- Q: Is Child Watch included with my membership?
A: All $19.99/month memberships includes FREE Child Watch. - Q: Is Child Watch offered at all Sports & Fitness locations?
A: Yes, Child Watch is offered at every Sports & Fitness location. - Q: What are the Child Watch hours of operation?
A: Child Watch hours vary by club, visit the Locations page for club specific hours. - Q: What are the age requirements for Child Watch?
A: Your child must be between the ages of 8 weeks and 12 years of age. There is a 2-hour limit per child. The parent or guardian, must sign in each child upon entering Child Watch and the parent or guardian must remain inside the club at all times. We use a child check in and out system for child/parent identification and security.
- Q: Is Personal Training included with my membership?
A: All members receive one free fitness assessment and one free personal training session. After your free session, you may choose to continue with a personal trainer for an additional fee. - Q: How can I add personal training to my membership?
A: All personal training services provided inside our clubs are offered through Advanced Body Solutions or Sports & Fitness Training. Members sign a separate agreement in order to receive personal training services. - Q: How do I cancel my personal training?
A: Sports & Fitness does not reserve the right to sign, alter or cancel any personal training agreements with Advanced Body Solutions as they are a third party company. All billing and cancellations must be done through Advanced Body Solutions. However, all Sports & Fitness Training questions can be answered by Sports & Fitness training staff or the Sports & Fitness corporate office. - Q: How do I schedule or cancel an appointment with a trainer?
A: To schedule an appointment, please see a personal trainer at your local Sports & Fitness Club. To cancel an appointment, please contact your trainer directly or the Sports & Fitness location you are training at so they may deliver the message. - Q: How do I apply to become a trainer?
A: To learn more about becoming a trainer, please speak with a trainer at your local Sports & Fitness Club.
- Q: What sports are included with my membership?
A: Open play basketball, as available, is included FREE with $19.99/month memberships at Sports & Fitness locations with a basketball court - Q: Are other sports available?
