30 minutes strengthening the core: abs, lower back and postural muscles will be exercised to improve posture & stability, deter back pain and tighten up the six pack! For beginner to athlete.



Step includes a combination of step aerobics and strength training utilizing weights or your own body resistance. Step is a great total body workout!
